Established in the bustling city of London, Common Sanity has been making small batch handcrafted hot sauce since 2018. Using carefully sourced ingredients to create what we believe to be the UK’s finest fermented hot pepper sauce.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Jack is a trained chef who started as an apprentice way back in 2010. Fast forward eight years and many London restaurants later he started making hot sauce for customers at The Dusty Knuckle Bakery, completed a free 10 week business course provided by Bootstrap Charity and won £500 investment funds at the end of the course with his business pitch for Common Sanity. A fantastic relationship was formed with the best chilli growers in the country Cornish Chillies. Bottles were bought, chillies were picked, labels were hand drawn and well, now we’re here?
